CSN® Thyristor control type STTR

Our CSN® thyristor control, consisting of a combination of microprocessor controllers and PLC controllers with thyristor actuators, guarantees precise and wear-free control.

Description

Our CSN® thyristor controller impresses with its outstanding features: The use of microprocessor controllers and PLC controllers in combination with thyristor controllers ensures precise control without wear. The full oscillation cycle principle effectively eliminates mains feedback.

Product advantages

  • Simple controller output is sufficient, no step controller required
  • No mains feedback due to the use of the full oscillation cycle principle
  • Standard product range up to 300kW quickly available
  • Coordinated complete package with heater from a single source
  • Detailed CAD design with E-Plan P8 and Pro Panel
  • PLC programming with Siemens Step 7 / TIA Portal
  • Design in accordance with Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU and IEC 61439 (low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies)
  • In-house, digitalised production
  • Components from the market leaders (Siemens, ABB, Jumo, Phoenix Contact, Rittal,...)
  • Extensive coordination of heaters, actuators (valves, pumps, etc.), sensors and control technology or safety technology
